We complete all of our precision machine manufacturing on-site, here at Russard Precision Machine, including computer aided manufacturing (CAM), using MasterCam, AutoCad & WinMax.

Our Precision Machine Products

Russard Precision Machine specializes in Custom CNC machined components. Our precision machining capabilities include:

  • CNC Milling: Up to 20” X 50”
  • CNC Turning: Up to 9.5” blanked or 2” thru the spindle (bar fed)
  • Software: MasterCam, AutoCad, Winmax

Our expertise includes rapid prototyping of machine parts and components, the precision machining of prototypes, experimental, and production pieces.
